Epos International believes in a holistic approach to bring a dynamic outcome. We combine education, discipleship, social care, and activism. Each of these areas, individually, is vital and has its own vision and passion but Epos International is an organization that desires to combine all of these areas through your generosity. We believe that the combination of these areas can make an even greater impact in someone to become a world changer and produce a lifelong change for an entire generation.
+ Education
Knowledge is power. So often, people settle for second best due only to the fact that they haven’t coupled knowledge with their passions.
At Epos, we believe in the teaching and training of education to work alongside the passion that is found in an individual. So many students are in need of further education in order to find a job that will allow them to become self-supported.
Epos is supporting needs in both Professional and Theological Education for students of all ages through our partners of ISTL Albania and our newly added K-9th grade school, Iliria.
Epos desires to fuel resources in order to meet the needs of education around the world.
There are so many students that need financial assistance to continue learning. Please consider giving a donation that would give tuition or supplies assistance to a student in need.
+ Iliria K-9th Grade School
There is a growing need for primary and secondary education in Albania. In recent years, there has been a rapid decline in the quality of public schools. Concurrently, Muslim foundations have been seeking to purchase private schools. In this context, Christian families are faced with a dilemma to choose between poor quality standards and liberal ideology in public schools or Islamic teaching in the acquired private schools.
The Evangelical community has faced this dilemma but with little resolution for alternatives due to the costs and the difficulty of procedures within the government. Epos International was recently given the opportunity to help purchase the school license of an existing K-9 grade school and provide an exciting and urgently needed solution for the Evangelical community in Albania! Iliria is a beautiful school with a growing enrollment. It has the potential to be life-changing for elementary and middle school students in Albania.
+ Discipleship
Light in the darkness…Epos International believes in Evangelical discipleship and the planting of churches and care for the body of Christ.
We have a chance to bring light into the darkness. A church is a city on a hill, a beacon of hope for a dying world, and a place where family and community can be found.
Epos works with organizations around the world, such as our partners Transforming Europe Network, to help establish and further the mission of the Gospel through discipleship and Evangelical churches.
+ Child Sponsorship and Social programs
There are so many needs around the world that you can help meet! Clean water, feeding programs, medical attention, safety in environments, domestic violence, and freedom from human trafficking are just a few of the social care programs that Epos International works to bring resources and change to. We also have a dedicated Child Sponsorship Program in Tirana, Albania.
Children, schools, neighborhoods, elderly, widows, single mothers with maternity care, and people in vulnerable circumstances are at the center of the heart of Epos International.
+ GLOBAL ACTIVISM and training
Epos International has a passion to train the next generation of leaders and world changers. Our director, Mande, has been one of the professors at the International School of Theology and Leadership for over a decade and serves currently as one of the Board of Directors for the school. Epos believes in leadership training and mentorship programs and is consistently consulting with the teams in Albania to make a great impact globally for the Kingdom of God.
IVA, International Vision of Ambassadors, is a training program for Global Activism and Training. It specifically deals with Human Rights and Human Trafficking Prevention.

We want to equip you and empower you with everything you need to be a part of true change and light to the world around you! Our IVA program is a combination of intensive training sessions and opportunities for practical application.
Current Fundraising Project
The International School of Theology and Leadership (ISTL) Albania was established in 2008 in a shared facility. At that time there were only a handful of students and a minimal course selection. ISTL has grown to over 160 students currently and has graduated hundreds of students since its beginning. ISTL will need a larger facility to house the current student population and continue the course and program excellence it has established.
This is the only currently accredited university-level school in Albania for the bachelor’s and master’s level and also the largest student body in the Western Balkans. The students represent all denominations of churches in Albania and some of the surrounding countries (Kosovo, Montenegro, Macedonia).
ISTL Albania has been a network partner with Epos International since its beginning and looking to the future we realize that we are at a point where we must increase the classroom/library/office space for ISTL. ISTL currently has three courses being taught each month, simultaneously in the Tirana teaching site, as well as, utilizing remote venues via Zoom to accommodate the limited space issues as they are at full capacity in their classrooms in the main teaching city of Tirana. They are now completely out of physical space and have thus capped their growth for attendance in classes unless they move into a new venue. The ISTL Board of Directors has seen this issue and agreed that it is time to expand our physical space in Tirana. ISTL is working with a consulting firm, Engineering Ministries International, EMI, in Canada to help them plan for the immediate needs as well as a plan for 5-10 years into the future after this initial move.
Epos International has taken the building project of ISTL Albania as a key fundraising project. Epos hopes to raise the money to allow the initial purchase of land by the fall of 2025. The total project of the land purchase and new facility will cost 2 Million USD and is estimated to be a 3-year project timeline. This is no longer a dream of what will come for ISTL in the future but is now an immediate need for the continuation and growth of the program and the students and staff in Tirana, Albania.
